About Us
Sustainability partners Ltd is a boutique style agency offering bespoke services to our clients. All our clients are our partners with a common goal in achieving the result that is the most efficient and of the highest standard. Every partner gets the best team of our freelance professionals assigned to them. We will be your support in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, ESG, management of logistics, non-financial / sustainability accountability, climate neutrality and more.
We are accumulating knowledge and expertise since 2007. We are active members of local and international organisations and projects which helps us in being at the forefront of change. In Latvia, the Baltics and Europe we are considered a part of the ecosystem for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Sustainability Strategy and Roadmap Development
We help organisations design and implement tailored sustainability and ESG strategies aligned with their mission and business objectives. This includes priority setting, materiality assessments, and long-term roadmaps that support credible action, measurable results, and team/ employees engagement.
Reporting and Compliance Support
Our team supports sustainability and non-financial reporting, including GRI reporting, CSRD/ESRS readiness, and compliance with evolving reporting standards. We also assist in double materiality assessments and prepare organisations for regulatory requirements.
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting, CO₂ Calculations and Taxonomy
We provide services to measure and calculate organisations’ carbon footprints and support climate action planning aligned with best-in-class protocols such as the GHG Protocol. Also we prepare company taxonomy reports and internal investment evaluation systems, and we also prepare reports for the Green Bond application process.

Agnese Alksne-Bensone
The founder of Sustainability Partners has been actively involved in sustainability and corporate social responsibility for over 16 years. She has founded sustainability ecosystem organisation “CSR Latvia”. She is the author of “Responsible Business” training programme (“Atbildīga Biznesa vēstneši”). This programme has been paramount in creating more than 88 Sustainability initiatives, some of which are now in the core of new business developments. She has educated more than 1200 members of public and private sector on sustainability in association with Employers’ Confederation of Latvia (LDDK), KPMG Baltic, CSR Latvia, and others.
Has consulted managerial teams of businesses in developing sustainability strategy, advised on practical tools on implementation and longevity of strategies.
Has gained international experience working for New Orleans Business Alliance (United States). Has been a part of an international team Transparency International Latvia. Has developed the certification process for businesses of the region (The Baltics, Finland and other countries) for BM Certification Ltd.
Is confident that every business can achieve a balance between the profit ambitions and environmental and social responsibility.
Board Advisor: Member of the boards of Delna – Transparency International Latvia and the Latvian Platform for Development Cooperation (LAPAS) 2021–2025. Board member of CSR Europe, the largest responsible business organization in Europe, from 2025.
Achievements: Latvian Association of Professionals of Public Relations (LASAP) “Golden Button” winner 2016. Successful candidate of Community Solutions Program by United States government 2017.
